Dear Parents,
We continue with our learning on Zoom, Storypark and Google Classroom. You'd be glad to know that the kids (and facilitators!) are slowly getting the hang of it! Last week, we read stories, played interactive games, sang songs and made videos showing how we help at home. We just can’t wait to see what is in store for us this week! Here are pictures of the students’ work.
As we are a small community school, the well-being of our students and their families is something we hold dear to our hearts, especially during these difficult times.
In order to actively cultivate supportive relationships within our community, we have provided our parents with cleaning products, hand-sanitizers and some food. We were also able to outsource surgical masks for those with very limited supply. By emphasizing common purposes and ideals, we hope to build a strong sense of community while stressing the development of qualities essential to good character and citizenship, such as empathy, concern for others, and personal responsibility.
It might not be much, but one thing's for sure... we take pride in nurturing our community. Let’s fight N-Covid together!
Have a great week ahead!
